Chicken Specialty Pizza - again!
After yesterday's experiment at making my own Domino's Chicken Specialty Pizza, I couldn't wait to try another variety - but then it occurred to me, why limit myself to the varieties Domino's offers? So I decided to try my own toppings - this one is topped with pepperoni and olives.I also tried making it in my toaster oven instead of on a pizza stone in my oven and it turned out just as good - yum!
The original "breaded" chicken had 152 calories, 1.3 grams carbohydrates, .5 grams fiber. The pepperoni, olives marinara sauce and cheese added 250 calories, 2 grams carbohydrates.
